Summer is a great time to get outside and enjoy fun and fellowship with one another. Aaron and Charisia Bowen have graciously offered to spearhead two ways to do just that:

1. Every Thursday beginning June 21 until August 29 anyone is welcome to come at 10 a.m. to Kenneth Rosland Park (4300 West 66th Street, Edina, MN 55435 – map here). The park has a playground, disc golf, a volleyball court, field for playing whatever, dock for fishing, and a water park (this does cost money). There is something for all ages! This would be a great opportunity to fellowship and encourage one another in parenting as well as reach out to unbelievers. For questions please contact Charisia.
2. On August 30 to September 1 we’ll be heading to Lake Wissota State Park in Wisconsin. It is a group campsite that can accommodate up to 100 people (tent camping only). We can check in at 3 p.m. on Thursday and need to vacate by 3 p.m. on Saturday. The plan is to have everyone bring and prepare their own meals due to a wide range of food allergies in the church. It would be welcomed if anyone wants to bring desserts or sides to share during meal times. The cost will be $5 per person (adults and kids are included in this cost) for both nights.
