A Note From Pastor Rick

Dear Friends,

Delaine and I are about to get on a plane bound for Louisville, Kentucky where I’ll preach the opening sermon at the WorshipGod Midwest conference tonight (Thursday). My assigned topic: Orthodox and On Fire. I’ll be preaching on the heavenly pattern of worship from Revelation 4 and 5 (yes, both chapters—yikes!). I sure would appreciate your prayers as I serve hundreds of lead worshippers from churches all over the midwest that God would be glorified and that his glory and honor would be my main motivation as I get behind the pulpit.

Though there’s nowhere I’d rather be on a Sunday morning than with all of you, I’ve been asked to stay over and preach at Sovereign Grace Louisville. It will be an honor. But I will miss you.

Especially since after that I’m on vacation. So I won’t see you for a while. But you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I’m already eager to get back to it as we continue to walk together into this next chapter of our life together as a church.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,

Rick Gamache is the pastor for preaching and mission at Sovereign Grace Church.
